AutoRevenue Introduces an Online Service Scheduling System for Dealership Service Departments; Lets Customers and Service Personnel Set, Change or Delete Appointments on the Same Online Schedule

ORLANDO--Feb. 1, 20060, 2006--@utoRevenue(TM), the nation's leader in permission-based marketing services for the automotive industry, announced today the release of its newest product, @utoScheduler(TM), an online service scheduling system for auto dealership service departments. @utoScheduler will be showcased at the National Automobile Dealership Association's convention in Orlando, February 11-14, 2006.

An interactive online scheduling system, @utoScheduler allows dealership personnel and their customers to set, change or delete service appointments using the same online scheduling system. A unique feature of @utoScheduler is that it is integrated into @utoRevenue email services to make it simple for dealership customers to access the system through links in service reminder and promotional emails sent by @utoRevenue on behalf of the dealership.

"The beauty of @utoScheduler is that it is all done through email," said John Miller, General Manager of @utoRevenue. "Customers receive an email announcing a service special, click on the link to @utoScheduler system, and set a date and time for an appointment. Then, through our automated services, the customer receives an email confirming the appointment," said Miller. The customer also receives a reminder a couple of days before the appointment to confirm and allow the customer to reschedule, add services or even delete the appointment.

"@utoRevenue's permission based email, voice and direct mail services have been tremendously successful in pushing customers to dealership websites," he said. "As a result, dealers have repeatedly asked us for a scheduling program that can be utilized by both the service department and their customers."

With @utoScheduler, @utoRevenue becomes the only company in the auto industry with both an email marketing product that drives customers to the dealership and an online service scheduling system that lets those customers and dealership personnel schedule appointments, said Miller.

@utoScheduler offers the dealership's service department a great deal of flexibility, gives the dealer better management control over the dealership's loaner vehicles, saves service writers time, and helps change customers' CSI levels because they can easily set and change their own appointments.

@utoRevenue(TM), www.autorevenue.com, based in Lee, Ma., is the nation's leading full service, fully automated eCRM company in the automotive industry, generating over $100 million revenues for its dealer clients. John Miller, General Manager, founded the company in 2001 and has over 23 years experience in the auto industry as an executive at Ultimate Prospecting Services, COIN and KeyTrak, Inc. All three companies grew to become leaders in the automotive industry.
