CompUSA to Carry Monster Universal Power Adapters Based on Mobility Electronics' iTips Technology; Leading Electronics Retailer Will Carry the Adapters in More Than 230 Stores

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--Feb. 9, 2006--Mobility Electronics, Inc. , a leading provider of innovative portable power and computing solutions, announced today that CompUSA is now carrying Monster-branded universal power adapters for low-power mobile electronic devices based on Mobility's iTips(TM) Technology. CompUSA, which will carry the power adapters in more than 230 of its stores nationwide, represents the first electronics retailer to carry the adapters jointly developed by Monster and Mobility.

CompUSA will carry the 8-watt Monster Mobile(R) Car Charge-it(TM) and 15-watt Car Charge-it Plus power adapters, as well as a selection of the most popular interchangeable power tips that can be utilized on thousands of cell phones, PDAs, digital cameras, MP3 players and other low-power mobile electronic devices. The 15-watt Car Charge-it Plus features a unique four-phase charging status indicator to specifically allow users the ability to determine when their mobile electronic device is charging, is in trickle charge mode or has completed charging.
