ROCKY RIVER, Ohio--Feb. 9, 2006--Ultimate Warranty Corporation, a leading vehicle service contract provider, is proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Edwardo Jordan as its new president. Mr. Jordan received this promotion after a successful career with Ultimate Warranty, most recently spending two years as its Senior Executive Vice President. Mr. Michael Clark, the company's former president, will now assume the role of Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Jordan's new responsibilities include operational management, brand positioning, and strategic planning. His extensive automotive background has given him tremendous insight into the needs of the company's retailers and consumers. With almost 20 years experience in automotive retail and wholesale, his resume includes positions at Ford Motor Company, Ricart Automotive, and Sonic Automotive, Inc.
