Technology Takes Auto Dealerships to Higher Levels of Efficiency

New JMsolutions Products Showcased at NADA

Deerfield Beach, FL - Feb. 8, 2006: Innovation has long been the hallmark of the automotive industry - from the invention of the assembly line to today's use of technology to create greater efficiencies. JMsolutions(TM) (http://www.jmfe-jmsolutions.com) is now taking innovative technology solutions at automotive dealerships to a new level by offering a suite of integrated software products and support systems that will substantially improve the way dealers conduct business.

"With profit margins being tightened to historic measures, today's dealers are interested in systems that do more than offer single point solutions or only assist with tracking and record keeping," said JMsolutions President Scott Barrett. "For instance, our JMsolutions RetailSuite(TM) of desking, menu, and reporting tools offer integration with today's most popular Dealer Management Systems (DMS), allowing for a seamless transition through the sales cycle for the dealership's sales team and their customers," he noted. "It offers flexibility and integrated technology solutions that will maximize a dealer's return on investment and ultimately result in higher profits."

JMsolutions will be showcasing its suite of automotive technology products during this year's NADA (National Automobile Dealers Association) Convention and Exposition. Of special interest to dealers, it will be providing detailed information on three new offerings:

-- RetailSuite(TM)

-- Mobile Auto Xchange(TM)

-- XchangeLane(TM)

The new RetailSuite(TM) is an integrated desking, menu, and reporting application that helps dealers improve collaboration among departments, more quickly complete the sales process, and better monitor productivity. With the RetailSuite(TM) desking, dealers can run multiple deal types, such as retail, lease or balloon payments at the same time to quickly assess what would be the best deal for a particular customer. Among other capabilities, the desking system can also seamlessly integrate with consumer credit reporting agencies, and with the Dealer Management System to eliminate duplicate data entry and to access vehicle inventory information.

With the RetailSuite(TM) menu, dealers can also enable their F&I staff to present full product offerings in concise, persuasive presentations that can be quickly customized for each buyer. Pricing lock-downs and signature waiver forms round out this innovative product offering.

The RetailSuite(TM) reporting application helps dealers manage their business by enabling them to drill down on many performance metrics - including departments and personnel. Using this product, dealers can make fact-based decisions and respond faster to underperformance and shortfalls.

"The initial building block of JMsolutions was acquiring majority interest last spring in American Auto Exchange, Inc. (aaXchange(R)), an automotive software company that is dedicated to streamlining inventory management for new and used car operations," said Barrett. "aaXchange's premiere product, the Vehicle Management System (VMS), enables dealerships to manage inventory with optimum efficiency through the creation of an Ideal Inventory Model(TM). With over 1,000 dealers selecting aaXchange, it is truly the clear leader for dealer inventory management solutions," he added.

JMsolutions is introducing two new offerings which complement VMS. The Mobile Auto Xchange(TM), which provides the power of the VMS in a handheld system, allows appraisal specialists to complete vehicle appraisals on the go -- wherever their appraisal needs take them. Mobile Auto Xchange users can scan a vehicle's VIN bar code, review complete vehicle data, instantly access book values, determine fit with their dealership's Ideal Inventory Model and search previous model appraisals, past sales and other information as they physically evaluate a vehicle. It frees the appraisal specialist from a desktop computer so that they can go to the vehicle and complete the estimate with the vehicle in front of them quickly and efficiently.

XchangeLane(TM) provides dealers with a one-stop location for group trades and online auction trading. With this single system, dealers can launch and bid on vehicles for in-group and auction trading, interface with multiple auctions at one time and customize group trade auctions. For those dealers who subscribe to the company's VMS, they can automatically search for pre-owned vehicles that match a dealer's ideal inventory model.

"By visiting the aaXchange booth at NADA (booth #462), automotive professionals will have the opportunity to see the latest in technology as it applies to their dealership," said Barrett. "It is an exciting time to be in the auto business, especially for those with a competitive spirit and an enthusiasm for innovation."
