There will be a demonstration of the proper method of securing a child. WHY: Traffic crashes are the leading cause of death in the U.S. for children aged 5 through 12. February 13th - 18th is National Child Passenger Safety Week. Many parents use hand-me-down safety seats or purchase used safety seats from garage sales, flea markets or thrift stores.
