Dodge Ram Mega Musical Chairs Welcomes Area's Finest 'Seat Stealer'

            Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago will receive $6,000
                  from DaimlerChrysler Corporation Fund

WHAT: Dodge Ram Mega Musical Chairs, one of the largest "fanny-tastic" musical chairs competitions to hit Chicago, will kick off opening day of the 2006 Chicago Auto Show. This mega-sized version of the classic children's game comes with a fun twist -- the final round will take place inside a 2006 Dodge Ram Mega Cab(TM), with seating for six and the biggest cab on the market. The last to land in the driver's seat wins the new vehicle.

To demonstrate this classic game, teen members of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago will lend their expertise to participants and show how the game is played. The celebration of this universally favorite game will include a donation of $6,000, or $1,000 for each seat in the Dodge Ram Mega Cab, to the Boys & Girls Clubs from the DaimlerChrysler Corporation Fund.

WHO: Of the more than 6,200 entries received online from across the country, 150 participants were chosen at random and invited to compete in the event.

         Dodge Ram Mega Musical Chairs Competition
         9:30 a.m.     Game begins - Up to 150 competitors will suit up in
                       matching sweatbands and t-shirts and race around the
                       show floor trying to be the first to snag a seat when
                       the music stops

         11:00 a.m.    Final round - Seven contestants will make it to the
                       final round where they will climb in and out of the
                       six seats of a Dodge Ram Mega Cab with the hopes
                       that, as seat positions are eliminated, they will
                       snag that final position in the driver's seat and win
                       a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT Mega Cab 4X4 engine(R) with
                       a 5.7 liter HEMI

WHY: The Dodge Ram Mega Musical Chairs contest is a unique way to showcase the Dodge Ram Mega Cab's biggest cab on the market with seating for six and innovative seating and storage configurations.

The event continues the Chrysler Group's tradition of creating fun, interactive contests at the Chicago Auto Show. In 2004, contestants competed in a Stand By Your Van endurance contest featuring Chrysler and Dodge minivans -- and lasting more than 64 hours -- and in 2005, a Dodge Dakota Pickup Pucker-Up contest had one lucky contestant "kissing up" to a bright-red pickup truck for nearly eight hours.
