Infinity Property and Casualty Corporation Increases Dividend 25%

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Feb. 8, 2006 -- Infinity Property and Casualty Corporation announced today that it declared a quarterly dividend of $0.075 per share of Infinity Property and Casualty Common Stock. The annual rate of $0.30 represents a 25% increase over the dividend paid in 2005. The dividend is payable on March 3, 2006 to holders of record on February 21, 2006.
