American Standard to Share Growth Plans and Strategies at Analysts' Meeting on Feb. 14

PISCATAWAY, N.J., Feb. 7, 2006 -- Fred Poses, chairman and CEO of American Standard Companies Inc. , and members of the company's senior leadership team will discuss growth plans and strategies as well as productivity and business improvements at a meeting with analysts and investors on Tuesday, Feb. 14, beginning at 8 a.m. (EST).

Poses will be joined by James Dwyer, president, Bath and Kitchen; Jacques Esculier, president, Vehicle Control Systems; Craig Kissel, president, Air Conditioning Commercial Systems; and David Pannier, president, Air Conditioning Residential Systems.
