Elcart Distribution S.p.A. Signs Distribution Agreement for Battery Brain(TM) in Italy

Smart Energy Solutions, Inc., (OTCBB:SMGY), inventor and manufacturer of the innovative Battery Brain(TM) automotive aftermarket device, announced today that it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Elcart Distribution S.p.A., one of Italy's leading electronic products distributors. The agreement, the first for Smart Energy Solutions in Italy, extends the company's market to Elcart's client network comprised of more than 2,000 retail and wholesale locations, in addition to catalogue customers in Italy and beyond.

In business since 1978, Elcart (www.elcart.com) is one of Europe's most respected sellers of electronic and electrical components and accessories. Through the agreement, Elcart will promote Battery Brain products to retail stores and wholesalers via its various channel partners.
