Digi-Key Announces Distribution Agreement with Power Integrations

THIEF RIVER FALLS, Minn.--Feb. 7, 2006--Digi-Key Corporation announced today that it has signed a worldwide distribution agreement with Power Integrations, the leading supplier of high-voltage analog integrated circuits (ICs) used in power conversion.
