Lund International Announces Distribution Center

DULUTH, Ga., Feb. 6, 2006 -- Lund International announces the establishment of a Corporate Distribution Center and the relocation of its Corporate Headquarters, effective April 2006.

Lund International has entered into a long-term lease for a 356,000-square- foot facility located near Exit 111 on I-85 at 300 Horizon Drive, Suwanee, Georgia. It is approximately 7 miles from the Ventshade Accessories Division, the Company's largest manufacturing operation.

The Company will relocate its Lund Accessories Division in Lawrenceville, Georgia and its Georgia based Corporate and Sales and Marketing staff to the new facility on Horizon Drive. The new facility is being designed to allow for future growth of the Company.

Lund International designs, manufactures and markets a wide variety of appearance products for the automotive aftermarket, including window vents, visors, hood shields, running boards, bed covers, spoilers, toolboxes, cargo management, floor protection systems, and other accessories. These products are sold under the brand names Auto Ventshade(TM), Belmor(R), Deflecta-Shield(R), Lund(R), Nifty(TM), and Trenz(R). Headquartered in Duluth, Georgia, the company has eight locations and more than 1,000 employees.
