Conversion Van Marketing Association Launches Enhanced Web Site
TodaysConversionVan.com Makes it Easier for Consumers to Find Local Dealers, Research Vehicles, Upfitters and Options on Chevrolet Express, GMC Savana Conversion Vans
DETROIT, Feb. 6 -- The Conversion Van Marketing Association (CVMA), an industry group established to raise consumer awareness of Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana conversion vans, today announced the re-launch of http://www.todaysconversionvan.com/, the industry's only consumer Web site dedicated to conversion vans. The announcement was made by CVMA President Rod McSweeney, CEO/Chairman, Southern Comfort Conversions, Trussville, Ala.
The TodaysConversionVan.com Web site now features a new, contemporary "look and feel" and a dealer locator with expanded search functionality. Other enhancements include English- and Spanish-language pages featuring an expanded photo gallery with product highlights and a vehicle comparison area. The newly enhanced site makes it easier for visitors to learn how GM conversion vans fit their lifestyles, do comparisons against competitive vehicles, and learn more about the companies that build them and the dealers who sell them.
"The TodaysConversionVan.com site has been a very important component in the success of the CVMA," said McSweeney. "These new enhancements really make the site a lot more engaging, and will provide a great resource for our customers and anyone interested in GM conversion vans, which we believe may be the best automotive value on the road today."
McSweeney said the CVMA plans to announce other new Web marketing initiatives -- as well as further enhancements to the TodaysConversionVan.com site -- in coming months that will add even more convenience, functionality and value for the conversion van customer.
The Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana conversion vans are now the ultimate "road trip" vehicles for today's family -- ideal for daily driving, weekend travel, outdoors activities and tailgating, featuring the ultimate in luxury, comfort, space, safety, design, technology and entertainment amenities at a great value. The Express and Savana conversion vans include state-of-the-art entertainment systems -- including dual-zone music systems, theater-quality sound, HD televisions up to 26 inches, available satellite television, DVD players and integrated video gaming consoles -- as well as finely appointed leather interiors and exciting exterior design with special paint treatments and chrome wheels.
The GM conversion vans also offer segment-exclusive, driver-side swing-out doors and available all-wheel drive, as well as dual-level air bags and standard four-wheel disc brakes with ABS. The Express and Savana received the federal government's highest frontal crash test safety rating in 2005 -- five stars -- for the driver and front seat passenger from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
