Hyundai Motor America Selects Del Rivero Messianu DDB as New Hispanic Advertising Agency
FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., Feb. 3, 2006 -- Hyundai Motor America announced today that Del Rivero Messianu DDB (dRM DDB), headquartered in Coral Gables, FL has been selected as the company's Hispanic advertising agency. The selection concludes an agency review which began in early October. Hyundai will begin working immediately with dRM DDB's full-service Venice, CA office to develop strategy and creative for the launch of the 2007 model year vehicles in the fall of this year.

He added, "It was an extensive process throughout which we saw incredible talent, and it was a difficult decision to make. Ultimately, dRM DDB was selected for their foresight, creativity, and broad range of advertising skills. We are confident that dRM DDB will help bring us to a new level, as we extend our commitment to the Hispanic Market."
In addition to national branding campaigns, dRM DDB assignment will include creative executions for the Hyundai Dealer Advertising Association (HDAA), to support Hyundai's growing dealer network in Hispanic communities. "Being Hispanic, I am personally aware of the need to establish a relationship with our audience and not only reach but touch Hispanic consumers. To meet our aggressive sales goals, we intend to provide our dealers with the highest quality and culturally relevant resources possible," stated Mr. Robert.
The agency search and review was handled with the assistance of Select Resources International, of Los Angeles, California.
