Motion Industries Announces Management Changes

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--Feb. 1, 2006--Motion Industries, Inc., one of North America's leading distributors of industrial maintenance, repair, and operation (MRO) replacement parts, announces the following management changes. According to Bill Stevens, Motion Industries' president and chief executive officer, these changes will support Motion's structure for growth.

Tom Miller, as Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer for Motion's U.S. branches, will have six Groups reporting to him. Each Group will be led by a Group Vice-President and each will be responsible for the Divisions in their respective areas of the U.S. These six key leadership positions will be as follows: Southwest Group, John Walters; West Group, Kevin Storer; East Group, Jeff Rouse; Central Group, Mark Sheehan; Midwest Group, Tim Breen; and Southeast Group, David James.
