The AAA-Sponsored Roush Racing #6 Ford Fusion to Appear at Chicago Auto Show

WHAT: AAA is previewing its new 2006 NEXTEL Cup race car sponsorship. AAA has signed a contract with Roush Racing to sponsor the #6 AAA Ford Fusion, driven by Mark Martin, at NEXTEL Cup Series races in 2006. At the Chicago Auto Show at McCormick Place, the #6 AAA Ford race car will be on display, as well as a racing simulator for media members and visitors to test their driving skills in a virtual experience of roaring around Daytona International Speedway at over 200 miles per hour.

During Media Days -- February 8-9 -- members of the media will have the opportunity to test their skills on the simulator. The top speed will win $2,500 for the charity of his or her choice, second place earns $1,500 for the charity of his or her choice, and third place will win $1,000 for charity.
