ARKONA Eyes Increased Sales Presence in Texas; Two New Sales Offices Opened in Dallas and Houston
SALT LAKE CITY--Feb. 1, 2006--ARKONA Inc. (OTC: ARKN), the leader in on-demand solutions for new car franchise, independent and powersports dealerships, announced today the opening of two new regional sales offices in Texas.The new Central Region, headquartered in Dallas, will cover north Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. Troy Clement, who has more than 17 years' experience in the automotive industry, including eight years with Reynolds & Reynolds, has been hired as the regional sales manager.
The Gulf States Region will be headquartered in Houston and will cover south Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi. David Smith, a veteran of more than 35 years in the industry, has joined ARKONA to manage this newly created sales office. Smith's experience includes 18 years with ADP Dealer Services, where he held various sales management positions. These two new offices bring the total number of ARKONA regional sales offices in the United States to nine.
