Ian International Ends Year With 28 Percent Growth; Strategic Partnerships Highlight 2005

HANOVER, Md., Feb. 1, 2006 -- Ian International, a Maryland-based industry leader in global shipping and logistics, recorded 28 percent business growth for 2005, due in part to several new partnerships. The year was highlighted by an announced joint venture with a Far East shipping company, providing trucking logistics for a government contractor in Iraq, and acting as first responders to Louisiana and Mississippi following Hurricane Katrina. Ian International also capitalized on its specialty of vehicle importing and exporting with an endorsement from Hagerty Insurance and sponsorship of the Team Lexus race team.

Ian International President Glenn Lobas announced a joint venture with Fliway Park of Hong Kong in March 2005. The new enterprise, known as IanFliway, provides air freight and sea freight forwarding, trucking, warehousing, and customs clearance services throughout Asia and the United States.

One of Ian International's largest logistics projects of 2005 involved supporting a government contractor in Iraq. Ian International arranged the trucking logistics to ship 96 Ford F-350 Super Duty Crew Cab Long Bed trucks outfitted for the U.S. Army Border Patrol in Iraq.

Ian International also partnered with Zodiac of North America, a leader in the marine industry, to act as first responders and ship inflatable boats to Louisiana and Mississippi following the Hurricane Katrina disaster.

Hagerty Insurance, the largest collector car and boat insurance agency in the United States, visited Ian International's headquarters in 2005 to witness their expertise in packing and shipping vehicles. Ian International passed the test and is now one of Hagerty's preferred vendors for shipping services. Ian International shipped its highest volume of vehicles in 2005, including a rare 1965 Shelby Cobra 427 Side Oiler, a 1961 Alpha Romeo, restored 1965 Datsun 1600 and 1972 Datsun 240Z race cars, a Ferrari 250 GTO, a custom Hummer H2, and an unrestored original 1969 Buick Riviera to a collector in Prague, Czech Republic.

Ian International was also named the official shipping and logistics provider for the Team Lexus race team in 2005. Team Lexus will compete in the American Le Mans Series (ALMS) GT2 class in 2006, as well as D1 Drift Competition. Ian International views its sponsorship of Team Lexus as a springboard to further participation in motor sports.

Lobas said, "We are excited about 2006, having established ourselves as a leader in the marketplace for logistics and specialty automotive shipping. Our business and relationships continue to grow."
