ADS Logistics and The Pacorini Group Join Forces to Serve the International Metals Community

HOMEWOOD, Ill.--Jan. 2, 20066, 2006--ADS Logistics, LLC (ADS), the leading North American and only national provider of integrated logistics and supply chain solutions for the metals industry and The Pacorini Group (Pacorini), an international services group providing logistics, warehousing, stevedoring, freight forwarding and chartering services announced today they've entered into an operating agreement for joint marketing and supply chain services utilizing ADS' North American metals distribution network.

The agreement brings together two major service providers increasing capacity and services to the international metals community in North America. The first engagement under this operating agreement will be to provide warehousing and distribution services for NASAAC product, a special aluminum alloy, being warranted on the London Metal Exchange (LME). Pacorini, with company owned and operated facilities in Baltimore, Maryland and New Orleans, Louisiana, is accredited by the LME and has sub-contracted to ADS the warehousing and material handling operations for the product to be performed at ADS' facility in Louisville, Kentucky.
