Casey to Join Visteon as Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Tax Officer

VAN BUREN TOWNSHIP, Mich., Jan. 25, 2006 -- Visteon Corporation has announced that Brian Casey will join the company as vice president, treasurer and chief tax officer, effective Feb. 1, 2006. Casey will be responsible for all activities at Visteon related to treasury, tax and mergers and acquisitions. He will report to Jim Palmer, executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Casey has nearly 30 years experience in tax and treasury, including extensive experience with global automotive suppliers. He is currently vice president and treasurer for ArvinMeritor, Inc., a global automotive supplier based in Troy, Mich., which he joined in 2003. From 2000-2003, Casey was assistant treasurer for Lear Corp., another major automotive supplier.

"We are pleased to have a leader with Brian's experience overseeing this important function during a period of significant transformation for Visteon," Palmer said.

From 1983-1999, Casey held senior financial positions with Kellogg Co. and MCI Communications. He began his career with Price Waterhouse in 1977.

Casey is a certified public accountant and has a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Michigan.
