Citation Corporation Hires William R. Goodin as Vice President, Human Resources

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Jan. 25, 2006 -- Citation Corp. has announced the hiring of William R. "Bill" Goodin as Vice President of Human Resources, effective Monday, January 16, 2006. He will be headquartered in our Novi, Michigan offices and will have responsibility for the entire Human Resources function.

Bill holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University, and comes to Citation after a long and successful career involving Human Resources assignments in major US and international organizations including Tower Automotive, Metaldyne, New Venture Gear, Textron, and Nissan among others. He brings a wealth of experience in Human Resources with other metals and automotive companies. He is married and has two grown children.
