Chrysler Group Announces Organizational Changes in Manufacturing

AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Jan. 23, 2006; DaimlerChrysler's Chrysler Group today announced appointments and realignments in its Manufacturing organization.

Warren D. Miller, 54, was promoted to Vice President - Stamping and Advance Stamping Manufacturing Engineering. Miller will be responsible for all stamping operations. He formerly held the position of Director - Stamping & Advance Stamping Manufacturing. Miller joined DaimlerChrysler in 2002 from Honda American Motor Co.

In a related move, the company announced that Vice President - Small / Premium / Family Vehicle Assembly Manufacturing Frederick J. Goedtel Jr., Vice President - Truck and Activity Vehicle Assembly Manufacturing Byron M. Green and Miller would be realigned to report to Executive Vice President - Manufacturing Frank J. Ewasyshyn.

The appointment and realignments will take effect Feb. 1, 2006.
