Nistevo Announces 2005 Results; Leading On-Demand Provider's Revenue Grows By 37+%, EBITDA grows 30+%
MINNEAPOLIS--Jan. 2, 20063, 2006--Nistevo Corporation, the leading Collaborative Logistics Network(SM) for transportation management, today announced results for the 2005 fiscal year.New customer contracts drove the company's annual revenue up by more than 37%. At the same time EBITDA grew by more than 30%. The company's earnings growth will be used to drive additional R&D, and invest in corporate and business development.
2005 results follow solid results from prior years. The company's revenue growth has exceeded 35% for each of the past three years. The company enjoyed significant backlog growth as customers continue to sign multi-year agreements, many of which extend beyond 2010. The growing backlog provides excellent revenue and earnings visibility given the company's ability to scale revenue faster than expenses.

In addition, the company entered two new vertical markets in 2005 - discrete manufacturing and chemical. Growth in new vertical markets is further indication of market adoption.
