BorgWarner Declares Quarterly Dividend

AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Jan. 20, 2006 -- The board of directors of BorgWarner Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share on all of the company's issued and outstanding common stock, a 14% increase over the previous dividend amount. The dividend is payable February 15, 2006 to stockholders of record on February 1, 2006.
