Noble International Announces Three-for-Two Stock Split
WARREN, Mich., Jan. 17, 2006 -- Noble International, Ltd. ("Noble" or the "Company") announced that its Board of Directors has declared a three-for-two stock split on its common stock. Shareholders will receive one additional share for every two shares of Noble common stock held. The stock split will be paid February 3, 2006 to shareholders of record as of January 27, 2006.
Robert J.
