America's Car-Mart Announces Opening of New Dealership

BENTONVILLE, Ark., Jan. 17, 2006 -- America's Car-Mart, Inc. today announced the opening of a new dealership located in Van Buren, Arkansas. The total number of dealerships is now 84.

"The new dealership in Van Buren is our thirty-fifth in Arkansas and the eighth dealership to open during Fiscal 2006," said T. J. ("Skip") Falgout, III, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of America's Car-Mart.

"We are very happy to have Scott Manning as our new manager in Van Buren," added William H. ("Hank") Henderson, President of America's Car-Mart. "Having already served as an assistant manager at our Discount Auto dealership in Russellville, Arkansas, we are excited about promoting Scott into this position and are confident he will do an excellent job for us in Van Buren."
