2006 North American International Auto Show to Host Automotive Education Day

WHAT: The 2006 NAIAS hosts the second annual Automotive Education Day. The Automotive Education Day presented by State Farm Insurance will teach students, in grades 8-12, about exciting careers in the automotive industry. Students will be able to interact with knowledgeable industry experts from top automotive companies, to learn about diverse careers, such as automotive design, engineering, and alternative fuel/technology.
School groups interested in participating with the Automotive Education Day are encouraged to contact their school career counseling center or visit http://www.naias.com/aed2006 for more information.
Tickets can be purchased on-site at Cobo Center at the e-ticketing window by the Oakland Hall entrance. Tickets are $10 USD per student and include lunch.
