Apache Motors Corporation Changes Name to Transnational Automotive Group, Inc.

SEATTLE--Jan. 1, 20066, 2006--Transnational Automotive Group, Inc. (OTCBB:TAMG) -

Apache Motors Corporation (OTCBB:AHMR) ("Apache") today announced that it has changed its company name to Transnational Automotive Group, Inc. or "TAUG". The company's new ticker symbol is TAMG. The name change is effective immediately.

"The name change reflects the Company's new structure, international scope and growing, broad involvement in the automotive transportation industry; to include engine technology, transportation systems management, aftermarket parts, and vehicle assembly, sales, distribution, and maintenance," according to Joseph W. Parker, TAUG Chairman.

The Company also announced that the new corporate website address is www.transauto-group.com.
