Lindsay to Head TI Automotive's Fuel Systems Division

WARREN, Mich., Jan. 16, 2006 -- Brian Lindsay has been named president of TI Automotive's Global Fuel Systems Division, according to Bill Laule, the company's chief executive officer.

Lindsay is based in Auburn Hills, Mich., and previously was the division's global managing director of commercial and purchasing operations. TI Automotive is the world's leading supplier of fuel storage and delivery systems.

A native of Motherwell, Scotland, Lindsay joined TI Automotive in 1999 and had previously led the European fuel systems division, as well as being European and Asia Pacific commercial director.

Fluent in German and French, he began his business career at T&N plc, where he rose to president of the company's U.S.-based Ferodo division. He later became chief operations officer of ACD Tridon Europe.

Lindsay has a bachelor's degree in language and business from Edinburgh University in Scotland and a degree in marketing from the Institute of Marketing in Maidenhead, England.

He currently lives in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
