Toyota Announces Price Adjustments on Eight 2006 Models
- Mid-Year Price Adjustment on Two Scion Models
TORRANCE, Calif., Jan. 13 -- Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), U.S.A., Inc., announced new manufacturer's suggested retail prices (MSRP) today for eight models in its Toyota and Scion vehicle lineup.
The price adjustment for the eight models reflects an average MSRP increase of $144, or 0.7 percent. Toyota models, and their average MSRP increase, include: the Corolla compact sedan, $100 or 0.6 percent; the legendary Land Cruiser full-size sport utility vehicle, $100 or 0.2 percent; the Matrix crossover utility vehicle, $150 or 0.9 percent; the Avalon full-size sedan, $150 or 0.5 percent; the Sienna van, $150 or 0.7 percent on CE and LE models, and $300 or 0.7 percent on XLE and XLE Limited models; and the Tacoma pickup truck, $200 or 0.9 percent.
Scion models receive the following average MSRP increase: xA subcompact, $50 or 0.4 percent and the tC sports coupe, $100 or 0.6 percent.
The price adjustments for these models will take effect in early February.
