SIMCO Completes Orders to TRW and Delphi

LAS VEGAS--Jan. 1, 20063, 2006--SIMCO America Inc. (Pink Sheets: SCMA) announced today that it completed TRW and Delphi orders prior to 2005 year end. TRW and Delphi are two of the largest automotive parts companies in the world and are two of SIMCO's major clients of its auto parts export business.

SIMCO America exported $5,420,000 of its products to TRW automotive and $1,620,000 to Delphi during the fourth quarter 2005.

H.Y. Kim, president of SIMCO America, reported after having recently met with management and purchase officers of TRW Automotive and Delphi that "SIMCO has secured stability of orders from both companies for 2006 as well."
