Save the World Air, Inc. Tests are Better Than Euro II Emission Standards

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 11, 2006 -- Save the World Air, Inc. (Pink Sheets: ZERO) announced that recent certified tests of its ZEFS device on a used 4-stroke motorcycle were better than EURO II Standards by significant amounts. The tests were conducted in December 2005 at the Automotive Emission Laboratory, Pollution Control Department, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Thailand, and were performed jointly with S.P. Suzuki of Thailand, the authorized distributor of Suzuki products in Thailand.

These certified test results were better than EURO II standards in all three of the harmful exhaust emissions by significant amounts as shown below:

                            THC NOx CO
  EURO II Standard 1.20 g/km .30 g/km 5.50 g/km
  With ZEFS Device .52 g/km .10 g/km 1.42 g/km
  % Below EURO II 56% 65% 74%

In addition, during the testing, horsepower increased at all ranges, peaking at 18.8% at 50 km/h. Even more significant was the calculation by the laboratory that fuel economy increased 33% over the baseline tests.

"These results are very exciting for our company," remarked Eugene Eichler, CEO of SWA. "To exceed EURO II emissions standards without replacing the carburetor with costly fuel injection or adding an expensive catalytic converter in the exhaust pipe, is a significant achievement. Our ZEFS device continues to demonstrate in testing that it is a low-cost, easy-to-install alternative to address the world's emission control problems, while also delivering significant fuel savings and performance enhancement to motorcycles."

In other developments, Bruce McKinnon, President of SWA, announced that the company has initiated production for 1,000 ZEFS devices which will be shipped to the Honda motorcycle distributor for North Sumatra, Indonesia. These devices are the first shipment of the 10,000-device test program, which was announced in March 2005 by SWA and Lake Toba Summit Chairman, Nico Barito, with the endorsement of HRH Sri Sultan Hamengkubowono X of Yogyakarta and the late Governor of North Sumatra, Razil Nurdin. The program is expected to commence in March 2006.

Save the World Air, Inc. is currently engaged in the product development, and initial sales and marketing, of devices using proprietary technologies that can be installed on motor vehicles, motorcycles and stationary engines to reduce harmful emissions, improve fuel efficiency and/or improve performance.
