Four More Northern Colorado Dealerships Join Master Planned Auto Park

LOVELAND, Colo.--Jan. 5, 2006--Executives with McWhinney Enterprises have announced that four more dealerships representing eight top automotive nameplates will become part of the Motorplex at Centerra family. Davidson Chevrolet, Subaru of Loveland, Ferrero I-25 Dodge Jeep Chrysler and King Buick Pontiac GMC will join Co's BMW at Colorado's first master planned auto park. With over 100 acres of retail space for the top marques, the upscale park will be the largest gathering of auto dealers in Northern Colorado and set the tone for automotive retailing nationwide.

"Motorplex at Centerra is quickly becoming the region's automotive epicenter," said Chad McWhinney, Principal and CEO of McWhinney Enterprises. "The auto park is gaining momentum as more and more nameplates make their home at Motorplex at Centerra. Consumers, dealers and manufacturers are realizing that Motorplex at Centerra is the best place to buy or sell a quality vehicle in Northern Colorado."

In December 2005, Co's BMW moved to Motorplex from Fort Collins. That month, executives with Ferrero Auto Center announced their decision to move the Loveland dealership to the Motorplex in 2006.

"The Motorplex at Centerra will give us the opportunity to enjoy increased traffic, a larger retail space and a pro-business atmosphere," said Joe Gebhardt, owner of Davidson Chevrolet. "With so many people moving into the corridor between Loveland, Fort Collins and Greeley, the timing is perfect for a master planned auto park. This move should be the catalyst that helps us evolve into a regional dealership that better serves Northern Colorado."

The new four dealerships make up eight major brands including Buick, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, GMC, Jeep, Pontiac and Subaru. They will join Co.'s BMW, the first dealership open at the auto park.

"2006 is the beginning of a fruitful season for our dealership," stated Christina Dawkins, Owner of Co's BMW. "The future of the automotive retailing in Northern Colorado is Motorplex at Centerra and we're proud to be here. We look forward to creating a leading standard for this new automotive landmark."

Motorplex at Centerra will be one of the most attractive and environmentally conscious auto retail centers in the country. Many experts believe the park will serve as a prototype for future automotive retailing by combining consumer enhancements with good neighbor practices.

"We look forward to becoming a part of Motorplex at Centerra," noted Bob Kinney, General Manager King Buick Pontiac GMC. "The McWhinney Enterprises and Staubach AutoGroup teams offered sound strategic planning, detailed research and an exceptional design that made our decision easy. We believe their auto park concept will fuel our continued growth."

Motorplex at Centerra is located at the interchange of Crossroads Boulevard and I-25 in Loveland. Phase Two of Motorplex at Centerra is expected to be complete by the third quarter of 2006, when Davidson Chevrolet, Subaru of Loveland, Ferrero I-25 Dodge Jeep Chrysler and King Buick Pontiac GMC open. Several other major nameplates plan to locate in the auto park; they are in negotiation and are scheduled to be announced in the near future.

"The many benefits of an auto park are now being realized in Northern Colorado," added Staubach AutoGroup national director Jim Mullin. "We're currently negotiating with the next round of dealers as we work our way towards our capacity of between 18 and 24 of the top automotive brands."
