Viper Motorcycle Company Announces Acquisition of Manufacturing Facility

NEW HOPE, Minn., Jan. 5, 2006 -- -- Viper Powersports has entered into a binding agreement to purchase a 32,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility on 4 acres located in Monticello, MN. The facility meets Viper's current manufacturing needs and is zoned for expansion as Viper continues to expand and grow.

Viper Motorcycle Company will introduce its second model, the Diablo Power Cruiser (PC) at the V-Twin Expo by Easyriders in Cincinnati on February 4th - 6th. Viper will also introduce its own line of proprietary engines ranging from 115 to 152 cubic inches.

"This is a very exciting time for us," states Terry Nesbitt, President Viper Motorcycle Company. "We are introducing the Diablo PC and our own line of proprietary engines. With the help of GE Financing and the best dealer programs in the industry, 2006 promises to be an exciting year for Viper Motorcycle Company."

"Motorcycle consumers and the general public have been deluged with kit bikes and custom cycles. The media has saturated the public with the sexiness of this type of bike. Viper feels the need to call out the quality, ridablity and performance of a manufactured product verses a kit bike," states Nesbitt.

"With the introduction of our own engines, Viper joins Harley Davidson and Victory as the only true OEM's in the cruiser segment," comments Nesbitt. "The Viper engine is an all billet construction, big bore/short stroke that develops incredible power while offering a smooth ride. In addition, with the Viper patented technology, our engines produce 30% less heat than the competitive air-cooled v-twin which greatly enhances overall reliability."

According to Nesbitt, "The Diablo PC joins the already successful Diablo for 2006. The PC is a long and low variation of the Diablo with a 21 inch front wheel and a 38 degree rake. A third model will join the product line for 2006 and all will be available with different engines. Our dealer network is growing, and we continue to build value in the Viper brand."

Viper Motorcycle Company designs and manufactures custom motorcycles, accessories, and motorcycle engine component parts with patented technology using Computer Aided Design (CAD). Many of the motorcycle and motorcycle engine component parts are machined from solid billets of aluminum utilizing Computer-Numerical-Control (CNC) machines.
