Vasichek Appointed as Titan Vice President of Sales and Marketing

QUINCY, Ill.--Jan. 4, 2006--Titan Tire Corporation, a subsidiary of Titan International, Inc., is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeff Vasichek as vice president of sales and marketing, responsible for all aftermarket and original equipment sales, effective January 1, 2006. In this position, Vasichek will be responsible for integrating the recent acquisition of Goodyear's farm tire sales and marketing with Titan's tire and wheel businesses.

Vasichek began his career with Goodyear in 1986. He has held various sales, marketing and management positions, most recently general manager of farm tires. He earned a degree in business administration from North Dakota State University. He will be headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa.
