We can manufacture tight requirement custom FBG for fiber laser including 1064 laser FBG at very competitive price.

We do also offer cost effective FBG arrays. This features small array of 4, 5 FBGs with a total fiber length of 2.5 to 3 meters; the fiber used is the standard SMF28, but the FBGS are recoated after writing with polyimide. This makes the gratings area much more protected against micro cracks which frequently occur when the bare fiber comes into contact with any metal surface. Such arrays can be used in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, Civil engineering, ocean vessels and turbines in power generators.
