Cycle Country Announces Annual Earnings; Company Matches Previously Projected Guidance; Conference Call Scheduled

MILFORD, Iowa--Dec. 2, 20059, 2005--Cycle Country Accessories Corp. (AMEX:ATC), the recognized leader in developing and manufacturing a variety of products for the all terrain vehicle (ATV), garden tractors, and golf carts, today announced results for year end 2005. The filing shows earnings are in line with previously projected guidance of $0.15/share. Revenues reached $17.2 million.
