America's Car-Mart Announces Opening of Two New Dealerships

BENTONVILLE, Ark., Dec. 29, 2005 -- America's Car-Mart, Inc. today announced the opening of two new dealerships located in West Plains, Missouri and in Claremore, Oklahoma. The total number of Car- Mart dealerships is now 83.

"The new dealership in West Plains is our ninth in Missouri, and the dealership in Claremore is our fourteenth in Oklahoma," said T. J. ("Skip") Falgout, III, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of America's Car-Mart. "These dealerships are both fill-in locations in existing markets where we should be able to capitalize on Car-Mart's strong name recognition and outstanding reputation for providing quality vehicles and great customer service."

"Robert Clark, our new manager at Claremore, has successfully completed our management training program in Paragould, Arkansas, and we are excited to promote him into this position," added William H. Jason is a proven Car-Mart manager, having previously managed our Sulphur Springs, Texas dealership, and we are confident he will be very successful in West Plains."
