Stealth Motorsports Announced the Purchase New Generation Silver Crown Cars for the 2006 Season.

WEIRICH, NEELY PURCHASE NEW GENERATION SILVER CROWN CARS FROM STEALTH

INDIANAPOLIS – Stealth Motorsports of Brownsburg, Ind. has announced the
purchase of two more new generation Silver Crown cars for the 2006 season.
RW Motorsports and Maverick Motorsports have both committed to fulltime
stints in the series, with drivers Mat Neely of Robinson, Ill. and Rich
Tobias Jr. of Annville, Pa. the expected pilots of the cars.

Tobias, who debuted in the Silver Crown Series in 1999, has 63 career
starts, split between the pavement and dirt cars. The son of the late Dick
Tobias, Rich has one career victory in the series: the “Ted Horn 100” at the
DuQuoin (Ill.) State Fairgrounds. His best points finish came in 2003, when
he finished seventh.

“I’ve believed in this concept from the beginning, because we’re going to be
in front of more people and aiming at larger purses,” Tobias said. “We’re
enthused about running next year.”

Added RW Motorsports car owner Steve Weirich: “We are looking forward to the
opportunities that are going to open up as the cars will run at new tracks
with NASCAR, as well as run our traditional pavement and dirt races we’ve
had for years. I’m excited about the new direction; it’s a good move for the
series. We’re putting our drivers out in front of new fans that I believe
will be thrilled about the quality of racing they are going to see.”

Neely, a three-year veteran of USAC’s National Sprint Car Series, was a
rookie in the Silver Crown Series in 2005, contesting the dirt portion of
the schedule with the aid of Don Kruse. Kruse is currently involved in talks
with his Team 6-R Racing staff about the purchase of at least one car for
2006.

Neely tested Rodney Weesner’s Stealth on Dec. 5 at Homestead-Miami Speedway
in Florida, and said he enjoyed the way the car turned and handled.

“These cars are fun to drive,” Neely said. “I can’t wait to see 20 cars out
there on the tracks at the same time. Drafting is going to definitely play a
factor in the racing, and it’ll probably give us the opportunity to compete
in a way we haven’t before. I think people are going to enjoy these cars and
respect them more when they get to the track and actually see them.”

Added Larry Neely, owner and team principal of Maverick Motorsports: “This
is very beneficial for us and for USAC in making this step forward. We’re
looking at possibly coupling up with another team to progress. This new car
is going be the salvation for the Silver Crown Series. We need to put more
fans in the stands, and for that to happen, we need identify our drivers.
This will definitely help.”

Stealth President Joey Martin said he looks forward to working with the
company’s two newest drivers.

“I’m very excited to work with an out-of-the-box thinker like Rich Tobias,”
Martin said. “He likes to do things different, and he’ll try something just
to try to be different. He’s not afraid to do that.”

“I was impressed with Mat Neely’s run at Homestead in the X-Plex Silver
Crown car,” Martin continued. “He was very smooth, and his ability to give
good feedback will be vital for his progression.”

Stealth has now sold four cars for the 2006 season. Weesner and Wayne
Reutimann Jr. (Reutimann Racing) have both committed to next year and expect
to be at next month’s “Copper World Classic” at Phoenix International
Raceway.
