Save the Date; AAA to Release Analysis Showing Teen Driver Crashes More Deadly for Other Road Users Than Teen Driver; AAA to Focus Advocacy Efforts on Strengthening Teen Driver Laws

--AAA:
WHAT: AAA will release new information on the effects teen driver
crashes have on other road users. In the first analysis of
its kind, the report investigates the number of other
persons, besides teen drivers, who have died in crashes
          involving novice teen drivers.

The AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety analyzed ten years of
crash data and identified all fatal crashes involving 15-,
16-, and 17-year-old drivers of passenger vehicles. The
report will show the greater toll teen driver crashes have
on other road users including the teen driver's passenger,
          other motorists and even pedestrians.

WHO: Robert L. Darbelnet, AAA President and CEO
Victims of teen driver crashes will share their personal
stories and be available for interviews.
