Aladon LLC Secures Technical Training Materials With Pinion Software's
SecureCDTM

Continuous Pinion Security for Reliability-Centered Maintenance training
programs
results in increased distribution efficiency and cost reduction for Aladon

Austin, TX - December 14, 2005 - Pinion Software, the leading provider
of Technical Rights Management (TRM) solutions, today announced Aladon
LLC is using Pinion SecureCD to protect technical training programs that
are distributed to its global customer base and the Aladon Network of
international licensed consultants. Aladon is a world leader in the
application of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM). The company's RCM
2 technology has been applied at more than 1,000 sites in 40 countries.
RCM 2 is one of the few commercially available RCM processes that comply
fully with the standard set by the Society of Automotive Engineer (SAE)
for RCM processes. Pinion's information security products cater to
companies such as Aladon that need to safeguard high-value intellectual
property shared inside and outside the enterprise.

Pinion's SecureCD is a powerful PC-based application delivering
continuous, in-use security for information distributed on CD or DVD.
This solution is best suited for distribution of heavy content payload
such as technical training programs, simulations, CAD files, and
accompanying media files that are too large for efficient online
transmission. Using SecureCD, users can restrict how the files may be
used by recipients, such as deleting the files based on a length of time
or a specific date. Recipients of "Pintected" content can seamlessly use
and work with these files in their native application, which facilitates
established workflow and business processes of all parties sharing data.

"Aladon offers the most comprehensive array of Reliability-Centered
Maintenance services available, incorporating the state-of-the-art in
RCM thinking," says Donovan Moubray, Office Administrator, Aladon LLC.
"Pinion SecureCD allows us to retain continuous control over the use of
this intellectual property without sacrificing performance or quality.
Using Pinion CD, we can deliver the highest quality training experience
to our customers and partners all over the world, and have the
confidence that our data is always protected."

"Pinion Software's world-class security adds a new level of quality
assurance for Aladon LLC," says Joyce Durst, president and CEO of Pinion
Software. "SecureCD not only protects their proprietary, technical
training programs and materials shared worldwide, but provides bonus
benefits in the process. SecureCD has allowed Aladon to reduce costs and
improve efficiency by eliminating the need to take clients and partners
out of the field to maintain technical competency."
