Flow International Reschedules Second Fiscal Quarter 2006 Results Conference Call to Tuesday, December 20

KENT, Wash., Dec. 13, 2005 -- Flow International Corporation , the world's leading supplier of ultrahigh-pressure waterjet products, has rescheduled its conference call to discuss the results for the second fiscal 2006 quarter ended October 31, 2005. The Company plans to conduct the call on Tuesday, December 20 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time (10:00 a.m. Pacific Time).

The conference call may be heard by dialing 1-303-262-2138. A 48-hour replay will be available following the call by dialing 1-303-590-3000; the replay passcode is 11047847. In addition, a live Webcast of the conference call may be found in the investor section at www.flowcorp.com. A Webcast replay of the call will also be available for two weeks.

In the past two weeks, the Company has filed a Form 10-K/A for the year ended April 30, 2005 and has also filed a pre-effective amendment to its S-1 registration statement for registration of shares issued in a PIPE transaction. In addition, the Company has brought itself back into NASDAQ compliance by filing its First Quarter Form 10-Q. As a result, the Company needs additional time to complete the filing of its second fiscal quarter Form 10-Q, and the Company will file a Form 12b-25 granting it a five-day extension. The Company knows of no issues that would keep it from filing its fiscal second quarter Form 10-Q within the time allotted by the 12b-25 extension.
