The SAS (Statement on Auditing Standards) 70 audit is an internationally recognized standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. The Type II certification means a certified independent accountant examined COGISTICS's day-to-day procedures to determine if they performed as documented. The accountant issues a documented opinion on the effectiveness of the design and operation of those procedures.

COGISTICS understands that achieving a SAS 70 Type II designation is a critical step in assisting companies in addressing their requirements for Sarbanes-Oxley.
