Flextronics to Report Third Quarter Results

SINGAPORE, Dec. 9, 2005 -- Flextronics today announced that it will report third quarter results on Tuesday, January 31, 2006.

The conference call, hosted by Flextronics' senior management, will be held at 1:30 p.m. PST to discuss the financial results of the Company and its future outlook. This call will be broadcast via the Internet and may be accessed by logging on to the Company's Web site at www.flextronics.com. A replay of the broadcast will remain available on the Company's Web site after the call.
