American Racing Capital Appoints World Champion Racer and Record Holder Davy Jones to Board of Directors

ZEPHYR COVE, Nev., Dec. 9, 2005 -- American Racing Capital Inc. ("ARC"), , a consulting group dedicated to motor sports sponsorship development and racetrack acquisition and design, announced today that it has appointed Davy Jones to the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Jones replaces John W. Gandy, who has resigned as President and Director of the Company effective November 18, 2005 to pursue personal endeavors. Jones is a world champion racecar driver and record holder whose 18-year career in professional motor sports encompasses racing both open wheel and sports cars.

Jones concurrently serves as chief executive officer and president of American Racing Capital and as a founder and principle of Fast One Consulting, a company founded in 2003 that specializes in driver training and development and consulting to the motor sports industry. From 2000 to 2003, Jones structured a private placement offering to develop and build Davy Jones KartZone, an indoor karting and conference center.

As a competitive driver, Jones' career highlights include placing 2nd at the prestigious Indianapolis 500 and also winning the Le Mans, both in 1996. From 1988 to 1992, Jones drove for TWR USA, the racing team of Tom Walkinshaw, where he accumulated 60 top-ten finishes in 73 starts. During this period, Jones also won 12 IMSA GTP events.
