Harley-Davidson, Inc. Increases Quarterly Dividend
MILWAUKEE, Dec. 8, 2005 -- Harley-Davidson, Inc. announced today that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of 18 cents per share, payable December 28, 2005 to shareholders of record as of December 16, 2005. This represents a 12.5% increase over the last quarterly dividend.
The Company currently has approximately 274 million shares of common stock outstanding.
