AutoWeb Joins UGS JT Open Technical Review Board

ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich., Dec. 8, 2005 -- AutoWeb is proud to announce they have been appointed as the newest member of the Technical Review Board (TRB) for JT Open, a global initiative to promote the continued development and proliferation of UGS' JT technology as the PLM industry's standard 3D collaboration data format. This appointment is a great opportunity for both AutoWeb and UGS Corp., a leading global provider of product lifecycle management (PLM) software and services. AutoWeb brings a unique perspective to the JT Open TRB and is excited to be able to share instances of innovation that they have been able to achieve in the automotive, aerospace and defense areas relative to data management services.

AutoWeb will commence their involvement on the board by sharing stories of success at the UGS sponsored "Innovation is a Team Sport" event to be hosted on December 8th 2005 in Detroit. AutoWeb will share with the participants how it has been able to drive innovation into the industry by providing collaborative solutions for OEM's and suppliers alike.
