DispenseSource Appoints J.D. Harris as Executive Vice President of Professional Services

Harris to the newly created position of Executive Vice President of Professional Services. Harris will drive all aspects of customer care, including implementation, customer service and the development of future outsourcing and other professional services offerings.

Harris brings over 15 years of operations and professional services experience, and is well known in the supply chain marketplace for his extensive background in innovative implementation practices. Most recently, he served as vice president of operations for HighJump Software, a 3M Company, where he created an implementation approach that ensured customer satisfaction through on-time, on-budget methods and human factor metrics. Harris also held senior management positions at Vision Technologies and Ernst & Young.
