13TH YEAR BRINGS RECORD NUMBER OF CLASSES, STUDENTS TO THE MID-OHIO SCHOOL

DUBLIN, Ohio (December 1, 2005) - The Mid-Ohio School, the high-performance
driver instruction program operated by TrueSports, Inc., based at Mid-Ohio
Sports Car Course and sponsored by American Honda, set records for class
dates and student enrollments in 2005.

Nearly 2,300 participants took part in at least one of the school's ten
performance-driving programs in 2005, besting the previous high mark set in
2004. Since 2003, enrollments have grown by more than 50 percent. The
Mid-Ohio School has now produced more than 19,000 alumni in its 13-year
history.

The school presented 124 class days during the season, eight more than the
previous one-year record. It also held a record number of Corporate Driving
Experience programs in 2005. The program provides a unique entertainment
alternative for companies, and teaches high-performance driving and
team-building skills to corporate groups and their guests.

"It's been an outstanding year from a number of standpoints, and the
enrollment, class date and corporate program records certainly bear that
out," said The Mid-Ohio School Director Steve Bidlack. "We're operating at
about 95 percent of our capacity, which is a sign not only of our growth
over the past few seasons, but also of the hard work our corporate partners,
instructors and staff put in year after year. With four new courses on our
2006 schedule, we're poised for further growth next season."

The school's Honda Teen Defensive Driving Program continues to be its most
popular offering. The class teaches fundamental car control through
classroom sessions and a series of drills behind the wheel. Approximately
800 teens went through the program this past season, including a number of
first-time traffic offenders who took part in the program through a
partnership with the Knox County (Ohio) Juvenile Court. The three year-old
program utilizes the teen course as an educational measure, and has reduced
repeat offenses by more than 75 percent.

Founded in 1981 and headquartered in Dublin, Ohio, TrueSports, Inc. is a
privately held motorsports entertainment enterprise. The company owns and
operates Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course and The Mid-Ohio School, and promotes a
wide variety of motor racing, driver instruction, corporate, and family
entertainment events throughout the year.

Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course is a 2.4-mile, 15-turn permanent road racing
circuit in Lexington, Ohio. Located 60 miles north of Columbus and 75 miles
south of Cleveland near Mansfield, the track has been called the most
competitive in the U.S. and annually hosts a diversity of locally,
regionally and nationally sanctioned racing events for amateur, club and
professional riders and drivers.

The Mid-Ohio School provides high-performance driving instruction to
licensed drivers, corporate groups, emergency service professionals, and
amateur and professional racers. The school's 14 different driving programs
vary from Honda Teen and Adult Defensive Driving Programs to a Competition
Course, and include a series of Acura High Performance Courses. Students
enjoy classroom sessions, skill drills, private instruction and lapping on
the same track that challenges the world's top racers. Led by an instructor
corps of professional racing drivers, The Mid-Ohio School has graduated more
than 19,000 students since 1993.
