Coach Industries Group, Inc. Launches American-Springfield Joint Venture

COOPER CITY, Fla.--Nov. 3, 20050, 2005--Coach Industries Group, Inc. ("Coach") (OTCBB:CIGI), which offers an array of financial services to commercial fleet operators, and manufactures luxury limousines, today announced the launch of American-Springfield, a joint venture partnership between Springfield Coach Industries Group Inc. (Springfield), a wholly owned subsidiary of Coach, and American Dealers, LLC.

Francis O'Donnell, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Coach commented, "We have established American-Springfield, in partnership with American Dealers, LLC, as our sales organization for Springfield manufactured luxury limousines. The Springfield brand has long been hailed as a leader in the Limousine/Livery industry, and now in partnership with American Dealers, LLC, a company representing over 40 years of success in selling limousines to commercial fleet operators, we believe we will increase exposure, marketing reach and most importantly, significantly improve our sales efforts at Springfield."

O'Donnell continued, "Jay Meyers, Managing Director of American Dealers, and President of the joint venture American-Springfield, is an icon in the limousine/livery industry. Through American Dealers, LLC, and during over 40 years of success in the industry, Mr. Meyers has established a global network of limousine and livery contacts that will create a significant competitive advantage for Springfield and for Coach."

"The Coach Business model is unmatched in this industry," stated Jay Meyers of American Dealers, LLC. "With the ability to lease finance commercial fleet vehicles through Coach Financial Services, deliver quality products manufactured by the craftsmen at Springfield, and the experienced global network established by American Dealers in our 40 years in the business, we should have a tremendous competitive advantage and aggressively capture market share, while keeping the Springfield plant operating at full capacity as a result of new business."

"In the past, Mr. Meyers delivered over 400 vehicles annually to customers throughout the world, while working with a less diverse product offering than Springfield's portfolio," explained O'Donnell. "Although we cannot make any assurances, we fully expect American-Springfield to exceed Jay Meyer's past performance while helping mitigate over $250,000 in annual fixed costs associated with our current sales process."
