Verus Financial Management(TM) Announces BETA Testing on ADP Lightspeed's NXT Dealer Management System Through the Motorcycle Industry Council BankCard Program

ATLANTA, Nov. 29, 2005 -- Verus Financial Management, Inc., a leading credit card and check processing company, announced today that ADP Lightspeed has begun BETA testing for their new release of the NXT Dealer Management System (DMS) in dealerships. ADP has DMS systems installed in over 3,000 powersports dealers and over 16,000 automotive dealerships. This new fully integrated Lightspeed NXT release will provide dealers with the ability to process all payment methods at the point of sale to include credit card processing, debit card processing and gift card processing, all of which are fully integrated with the accounting and other system components.

ADP Lightspeed is a leading provider of Dealer Management Systems for the motorcycle, marine and recreational vehicle industries. Verus Financial Management, Inc., through its partnership with Boaz Payment Systems, administers the Motorcycle Industry Council BankCard Program, an exclusive long-term partnership to provide all payment processing services to the powersports industry. This partnership began in 1997 under an exclusive long- term agreement and was recently renewed to ensure that the industry has a successful and dedicated program for the next 10 years and beyond. ADP Lightspeed exclusively supports the Motorcycle Industry Council.

"This new, fully integrated payment processing software is truly state of the art," said Matt Tanzy, Managing Director, Motorcycle Industry Council BankCard Program. "ADP Lightspeed made a choice to exclusively support our industry's credit card processing program and the success of the program has really taken off. Not only are dealers saving an average of $3,000 per year on their credit card processing, but the point of sale has been dramatically simplified." This new system enables all PC's in a dealership to become full point-of-sale registers. Detailed reporting has been enhanced to simplify the "end of day" cash drawer routines. In addition, fully customized dealership gift cards can be issued and settled in the same way a dealer swipes a normal credit card.

"We're excited to bring this new release of Lightspeed NXT to the market. We're confident that the new credit card processing functionality will be a great benefit to dealers and their customers," said Laurn Rice, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at ADP Lightspeed.

Bill Wade from Verus Financial Management, Inc. said, "This is a true win/win situation where dealers are guaranteed to save money on their credit card processing, the point of sale is dramatically simplified, sales reporting is greatly enhanced and the dealers are supporting the motorcycle industry every time they swipe a credit card." The Motorcycle Industry Council receives funding from this Visa and MasterCard program each time a credit card is swiped. "The credit card processing program enables dealers to take advantage of low wholesale rates on MasterCard/Visa processing based on the collective annual sales volume of the entire powersports Industry. It's just one example of how the entire industry -- through the Motorcycle Industry Council -- can work together for extremely profitable results," said Tim Buche, President of the Motorcycle Industry Council.
